Year 8 Art & Design are studying Expressive Portraiture, where they been exploring and experimenting with new painting techniques, expressive colour, tone, shape and mark making.
To develop their portraiture painting skills, student's have been creating colour studies of an Artist's work to further their understanding of modelling the 3-D form of the face, and how to use acrylic paint in a variety of techniques.
